SOCIALDEVIANT is looking for a full-time Strategic Planner to join our ambitious team of DEVIANTs in our West Loop Chicago office. Work closely with and report directly to the Head of Strategy
Grow and support both the Strategy and Account teams by uncovering information, distilling insights and synthesizing them to create inspirational strategy for our creative teams and clients
Manage multiple internal, new business, and client projects
Transform client assignment briefs into strong, concise creative briefs for our teams
Conduct both qualitative, quantitative, and audience research
Lean in to brand positioning and master narrative development, including client workshops
Drive the planning process for new business opportunities and pitching to prospective clients
Collaborate effectively across Account, Analytics, Client, and Creative teams
Support the growth and evolution of strategic planning at SOCIALDEVIANT
Stay up to date on industry and cultural news
Work with media agencies and internal partners to drive forward paid media and tactical strategies
5 - 7 Years of Strategic / Brand Planning experience
A passion for creating strategies that solve complex brand challenges and drive new forms of creativity
Understanding of both traditional and digital media, with experience collaborating/ working alongside media and PR agencies
Ability to effectively manage time and resources in an ever-changing and extremely fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven understanding of progressive content concepts and domains across multiple media
Excellent presentation, public speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
An eagerness to collaborate
