Overall Role Description
A Project Manager at SOCIALDEVIANT is equal parts problem solver, strategic thinker, relationship builder, and taskmaster.
You watch timelines and budgets like a hawk. You’re focused on quality. And you know how to think through tradeoffs between time, scope, resources, quality and risk across digital, social, and fully integrated campaigns.
Of course, you’re well-versed in project management tools, systems, and processes. And you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to work with a variety of disciplines both internally and externally.
Process + Workflow:
Responsible for developing and implementing key processes across clients, driving quality and consistency of work. This includes developing appropriate processes for driving timelines, conference reports, budget tracking, internal and external reviews, and coordination with vendors / partners.
Evaluate current processes and recommend new opportunities to streamline.
Oversee the implementation / creation of our project management tool to ensure seamless use across all teams and projects.
Resource + Financial Management:
Work closely with Account Leads, Creative Leads, our internal Producer, and our Operations Team to determine internal resource and financial allocation, ensuring that all jobs are managed on budget and within scope.
Actively problem solve resource and budget gaps to ensure flawless and quick delivery.
Execution of Deliverables:
Develop, implement and manage project plans internally and externally to ensure that tasks are accomplished collaboratively, on-schedule, and meet agency and client standards
Effectively lead internal meetings and manage the hot sheet, all appropriate tasks, and updates
Fully manage timelines and dependencies
Quickly and efficiently identify next steps and action items coming out of each meeting
Generate solutions to problems / snags that may arise during the course of a project
Proactively monitor and control project execution with all team members throughout the process
Adjust resource needs as appropriate
Directly communicate project changes and needs to clients and partners / vendors
3 - 5 Years of project management experience in a creative agency environment
Experience managing digital, social, and fully integrated campaigns
The ability to flawlessly apply project management processes to complex projects
Strong internal and client-facing communication, both written and verbal
A track record for flawless execution and a knack for quick problem solving
Ability to effectively manage time and resources in an ever-changing and extremely fast-paced environment
Willingness to be both a “thinker” and a “doer”, linking the two to create breakthrough campaigns
An eagerness to collaborate with both internal teams and our clients
