Overall Role Description:

SOCIALDEVIANT is looking for a Senior Marketing and Advertising professional to fill the role of Business and Account Lead.  This role is critical as the business continues to enjoy incredibly fast growth and will help to scale our ambitious, infinitely kind and limitlessly composed team of DEVIANTs.

This role is responsible for leading and managing the work of a client team or teams with regard to overall business and brand strategy. This role acts as the main overall contact with the client(s) and strives to ensure all final deliverables are on brand, on strategy, on time, on budget and exceed client expectations. This role also contributes to thought leadership, especially with regard to client and industry knowledge and developments. This role works closely with Leads across the business to ensure results are delivered, and aligned with client goals and company vision.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Driving the brand strategy and business performance for multiple clients

  • Build strong insights and creative briefs to inform creative direction

  • Develop and own key project timelines that will ensure we’re pushing our brands forward

  • Develop strong strategy recommendations and presentations

  • Manage internal teams and resources to deliver on needs across clients

  • Develop scopes of work and actively build and nurture client relationships, driving incremental projects and scopes



  • 8-10 years of experience driving business in advertising or marketing fields

  • Ability to thinks and do: Push big brand strategy and write the decks and insights that bring it all to life

  • Navigate senior client relationships (SVP and C-level)

  • Strong collaboration skills, working with and across a variety of disciplines

  • P&L management, ensuring projects and work are delivered profitably

  • Proven understanding of progressive content concepts and domains across
    multiple media

  • Strong presentation skills and the abilioty to own the room with multiple clients and partners

  • An eagerness to continue to learn and grow, pushing new ideas and opportunities

  • Above all, kindness, composure, and a relentless curiosity
