Overall Role Description

The Account Manager will be instrumental in helping to grow the business and drive success. You’ll work closely with and report directly to a Senior Account Lead . You’ll coordinate the development of multi-channel campaigns, including overseeing project development, uncovering insights through research, developing strategic frameworks, managing timelines and delivery, and providing day-to-day contact with the client. Above all, you will be an advocate for breakthrough work.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Participate in strategic discussions and brief development

  • Drive research that leads to key insights

  • Lead partners and client teams through weekly status and project milestones

  • Lead internal teams on project level details and execution of campaigns

  • Establish project schedules, briefings and meetings

  • Manage timelines and budget compliance

  • Develop presentations that will bring our strategies and campaigns to life

  • Proactively identify opportunities to be better advocates for our clients and our work


  • Minimum of 3 years agency experience, ideally in Account Management

  • A strong passion for marketing, advertising and great creativity

  • Ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and with clients

  • Solid knowledge of media fundamentals and production across multiple creative touchpoints

  • Ability to effectively manage time and resources in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment

  • Extreme attention to detail and the ability to manage teams, timelines, budgets, and more

  • Excellent presentation, public speaking, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • An eagerness to collaborate with both internal teams and our clients

  • Above all, kindness, composure, and relentless curiosity
